Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of our technological infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, networks, and applications. The IT Administrator will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Set up and maintain network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for software applications and hardware devices.
- Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure system security and compliance.
- Evaluate and implement system upgrades and patches.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive Learner: Demonstrates a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technological changes.
- Shows initiative in self-directed learning and stays updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge in Linux, DevOps systems will be a plus.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field(or equivalent experience)
